WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips is a free and open source WordPress plugin you can use to send out your tax deductible receipts & thank you certificates.
Getting started
- Please install & activate WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/
- Navigate to the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips settings page
- Under “Choose a template” select “donation-receipt”. Now when you issue a thank you certificate it will use the following template shipped with Donation Platform for WooCommerce: https://wcdp.jonh.eu/wp-content/uploads/example-charity_thank-you-certificate_382.pdf
Customize
Open the WooCommerce PDF Invoices settings page, tab “Documents”. Select “Donation Receipt” or “Thank You Certificate” from the dropdown. Choose the settings according to your needs.
For “Thank You Certificate”, under URL of background image and URL to image of signature, you can specify the full URL to an image file that will be used as background image and signature respectively.
To adapt the text of the documents, I recommend you the Loco Translate plugin.
