Use multiple currencies (currency switcher)

You can use the free version of YayCurrency to support multiple currencies on your donation platform: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yaycurrency/

YayCurrency’s Multi-Currency Support enhances the donation experience, promoting seamless, global contributions. The free version of the plugin supports up to 3 different currencies.

Implementation

  1. Choose your default currency in WooCommerce > Settings > Currency options.
  2. Configure multi-currency settings by adding additional currencies in YayCommerce > YayCurrency
  3. In the context of a donation platform I recommend to use a fixed conversion rate of 1.
  4. Customize formatting options for each currency.
  5. Enjoy seamless currency conversion and enhanced customer experience.
